Mary Ann was so helpful during our house search! She has been a real estate for a really long time so she knows what to look for and what you shouldnt compromise on. She was always quick to schedule house tours so we didnt lose more time. She would run comps on houses and compare it to the listing price to see if it was over or undervalued (this was just an estimate. The appraisal will give you an accurate standing, but she was really close!) we ended up deciding to put in an offer on a house that seemed like we had no chance of getting (up against multiple cash offers and higher offers) but she fought for us, pleaded our case, and we got the house!! Very grateful that she was our real estate agent.
